How the family operates
From app/docs/specialists/PROTOCOL.md and agents/registry.json. Live runs play out exactly as the log reports them; reruns act out these rules.
- The runner pulls one job at a time, heavy jobs overnight, because the team shares Tony's $100 Claude plan.
- Specialists are read-only. They work in their pod and hand back a finding or a change proposal.
- Silvio routes each proposal to every specialist whose files, tables or numbers it touches. Each answers APPROVE, OBJECT or NEED-INFO. Any OBJECT blocks.
- Meadow (platform-release) must approve anything touching the database, migrations or live.
- Johnny Sack writes approved code in a worktree branch in the back room. Dr. Melfi checks it independently before Silvio merges to dev.
- Junior fact-checks any outside figure with a cited primary source.
- Nothing goes live until Tony says so. Adriana delivers the brief at 07:05 and checks for urgent alerts every 15 minutes.
